How long do the insoles last?

How to trim and fit the insoles?
Step 1
Begin by identifying the insoles that are already in your shoes. Most of these are removable. If possible, carefully take them out to use as a reference for fitting your new orthotics.
Step 2
Next, position your new orthotics inside the shoe with the fabric side facing upwards. This will allow you to assess the initial size compatibility with your shoe.
Step 3
In case the new orthotics are larger than your shoe, lay the removed insoles on top of them to serve as a trimming guide. Be sure to align the heels of both the old insole and the new orthotics for accurate comparison, then you can gradually trim them.
Step 4
Ensure that your orthotics now lay flat within the shoe, particularly in the toe area. If you notice any bunching or misfit, continue to trim as needed, always referring back to your original insoles for guidance.
Remember, it is easier to trim more later than to replace material once removed
